Description : Haggi Muhammad (also called Hajji Muhammad ) is an archaeological site and small tell in Lower Mesopotamia , located 15 km southwest of Warka (ancient Uruk), on the banks of the Euphrates , in the south of the ' Iraq . It gives its name to a phase of the culture of Obeïd , which lasts from 5000 to4500 av. J.-C.1 . In particular, it would be a development of the culture of Eridu (Obeïd 2).
